A. You should send them a letter by recorded delivery enclosing a copy of a signed order or written agreement (if any) and say you will take legal action if the money is not forthcoming and you will name and shame on the internet.

A. This depends on how much is owing, if you are owed less than a £1,000, then no as the fees and administration can cost you hundreds, if you win you may still not get any money from the customer.
